As a senior government official with a comprehensive understanding of UK decommissioning regulations, Teresa leads the module Regulatory Compliance and Project Oversight in UK Decommissioning, providing participants with critical insight into the regulatory frameworks that govern offshore project execution. 

With extensive experience managing high-profile projects such as the Montrose Well Plug and Abandonment (Phase 1) and the Flotta D315 Tank Decontamination & Demolition, Teresa brings unmatched operational expertise and regulatory acumen. She has a proven track record in securing regulatory approvals, managing complex compliance processes, and delivering successful project outcomes under stringent safety, environmental, and legislative requirements. 

A skilled communicator and accomplished leader, Teresa excels in stakeholder engagement, cross-disciplinary coordination, and team development, ensuring high-performing units capable of managing assets at all stages of decommissioning.
