Training Course Module
Graham Skinner delivers his Lean Decom training course safety and risk profile changes in decommissioning. In this module, he provides expert guidance on managing the complex change in risk profile as an asset moves from steady-state production into the decommissioning phase.
Graham delivers and awareness lesson on major hazard risk management and personal safety, highlighting the intensity of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) during the decommissioning ramp-up. He also shares critical insights into maintaining a live Safety Case and identifies common “gremlins” such as unexpected gas during well re-entry and the dropped object risks associated with subsea infrastructure removal.
